As per my request the staff ensured i had red roses in place for my partner when she entered the room.I thank all the staff including security for all their services and highly recommend the Sherato Hotel to others for a great stay in Vitoria.

Breakfast was very delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities including the sauna, pool and gym were great.
